PRIVACY POLICY

In short
Tuition Takkar is a pen-fight game. You can play without an account. We keep only what the game needs to work (your game name, your face and pen choices, wins, friends and online matches). We show no ads, use no ad tracking, and we never sell your information.
This policy explains what information the Tuition Takkar game and website (tuitiontakkar.web.app) use, why, who helps us run the game, and the choices you have. "We", "us" and "our" mean Techiebutler, who makes and runs Tuition Takkar.
What we collect
Playing as a guest (no account)
- Your progress (marks, pens, ladder, settings) is saved on your device.
- If you play online as a guest, our game service gives you an anonymous player ID and a nickname like "Guest_ab12cd", so matches can work. No name, email or phone number is needed.
Signing in with Google or Apple
- We use the sign-in only to confirm it's you and keep your account. We receive a sign-in token and, the first time, your first name, which we only use to suggest a game name. You choose the name other players see.
- We do not ask for your contacts or photos, and we don't store your email address.
- With "Sign in with Apple" you can choose to hide your email; we don't need it.
Online play, profile and friends (signed-in players)
- Public game profile: game name, the face you made, your pen, level, badges and simple match stats (wins, matches played). Other players can see this.
- Leaderboard: your game name and number of online wins.
- Friends: a player code (like TT-AB12CD), your friends list, friend requests and room invites.
- Online matches: while you're in a room, the pen positions and flicks are shared with the other players so the match plays the same on every device. Players can send fixed reaction stickers (like "GG" or a thumbs-up); there is no free text chat.
Notifications
- If you allow notifications, we store a notification token so friends' room invites and friend requests can reach your phone, plus an optional daily reminder that is scheduled on your device. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or your phone's settings.
Ideas and bug reports
- If you send us an idea or bug from the game, we receive your message, its type, your game name, your player ID, your device type and the game version, so we can follow up and fix things. Please don't put personal details in your message.
Technical information
- Like any online service, the servers that run the game and website receive basic technical data such as your IP address and device/browser type when you connect. We don't use it to track you or build a profile about you.
Who helps us run the game
We use trusted service providers who process information for us, under their own privacy and security terms:

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may share information only if the law requires it, or to protect players and the game from cheating or abuse.
How long we keep it
- Account, profile, friends and leaderboard data: while your account exists. Weekly leaderboards reset every week.
- Room data: only while the room is open.
- Ideas and bug reports: as long as we need them to improve the game.
- Guest progress on your device: until you delete the game or its data.
Deleting your data
You can sign out at any time from the Me tab. To delete your account and the online data linked to it (profile, friends, leaderboard entries, ideas), email support@techiebutler.com with the subject "Tuition Takkar account deletion" and your player code (shown in the game under Friends, like TT-AB12CD). We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting the game from your device removes the guest progress saved on it.
Children
Tuition Takkar is made for players of all ages, so we keep things simple and safe:
- Children can play as guests without giving any personal information.
- There are no ads, no in-game chat (only fixed reaction stickers), and no links to social media inside the game.
- Game names are nicknames, and we ask players not to use their real full name.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, or you want your child's account deleted, contact us at support@techiebutler.com and we'll delete it.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored with our service providers, who protect it with industry-standard security. Players can't read each other's private data or the ideas other players send. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR in Europe, or US state laws), you may have the right to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. Email us and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
